Rod and Reel Warranty

Eagle Claw is committed to getting you back on the water as fast as possible, with our simple and easy warranty policy.  The warranty covers all rods and reels against any defects in materials and or workmanship. We do not fix or repair rods and reels, nor do we have parts or sections of rods and reels. If you have a question about the warranty or a warranty claim, please email us at info@eagleclaw.com . The time period is covered from the date of original purchase and original owner only. If your rod or reel fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it with a new rod of the same or a comparable model, service fees will apply.

Limited Lifetime Warranty models: $20.00 Service Fee

Fly Over

All other Eagle Claw rods and reels carry a one-year warranty from time of original purchase, with a $10.00 service fee for the warranty replacement.

To submit a warranty claim, please send in your rod or reel to the address below, (feel free to cut the rod into smaller easier to ship 6-12” pieces). You must include the section with the model number and rod information. Please include your contact information in the package so we can contact you if needed, and a check or money order with the appropriate service fee. 

Accidents do happen, car doors, tailgates, and rod lockers take a toll on rods every year. Eagle Claw is committed to taking care of our loyal customers. For all other claims outside the warranty period and policy, Eagle offers a 50% trade in.
